Purchases And Subscriptions

HeadshotKit offers one-time consumable credit packs and auto-renewable Pro subscriptions (monthly and yearly) through Apple In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. There is no external purchase path.

Consumable credits are spent when you generate a batch. Free refines re-roll variations of a finished batch and do not consume additional credits.

Your Content And Generated Images

You may upload selfies only of yourself, or of a person who has given you explicit permission to create and use their headshots. You are responsible for the photos you upload and the images you generate, download, and share.

You retain rights to the headshots HeadshotKit generates for you, for your personal and professional use.

Acceptable Use

HeadshotKit has zero tolerance for uploading other people's images without consent, impersonation, or generating sexual, exploitative, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable content.

Misuse may result in suspension or permanent deletion of your account. Report misuse or objectionable content to support@keenshift.ai — confirmed violations are actioned within 24 hours. By using HeadshotKit you accept this EULA.
