By using HeadshotKit you agree to these terms.

What HeadshotKit is

HeadshotKit takes selfies you provide and generates portrait-style images using an AI model. The outputs are creative renderings — they're not photographs and they're not perfect likenesses. Do not present them as unretouched photography in contexts where that matters (legal documents, identity verification, regulated content).

What you may not do

• Upload photos of anyone who hasn't given you explicit consent to use their face for AI generation. This includes minors.
• Use the outputs to impersonate real people who aren't you, or to mislead viewers about who is being photographed.
• Use the app to generate content that violates Apple's App Store guidelines (sexual content, hate, harassment, etc.).
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the prompts or model behavior; share, sell, or redistribute generated outputs in bulk (more than 50/month) as if you were a competitor.

What we do if you violate the above

We terminate your account, remove all generated content, and may report misuse to Apple and (where appropriate) to law enforcement.

Purchases & subscriptions

One-time pack purchases unlock a single generation each. Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed by Apple. Manage or cancel anytime in your iCloud Settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal — we don't pro-rate past charges. Apple controls refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com.

Limits and rate-limits

Pro is "unlimited" in everyday-use terms; we reserve the right to apply soft limits if a single account consumes >50 packs/month, which is a clear signal of misuse or sharing.

No warranty on output quality

AI image generation is probabilistic. We do our best to ship results that look great, but we can't guarantee every individual headshot meets your standards. You can regenerate within the same pack up to twice.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be surfaced in-app before they take effect.
